By accessing or using tpverdict.com ("TPV", "the site"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the site. We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

What TPV is

TPV is a political analysis publication. All content is intended for informational and educational purposes only. Nothing published on TPV constitutes legal, financial, or professional advice of any kind. Poll results and reader opinions expressed on the site reflect the views of participants, not TPV as an organization.

Your account

Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to create an account. By registering, you represent that you meet this requirement.

Accuracy

You agree to provide accurate information when creating your account. You are responsible for keeping your account information current.

Security

Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or that we determine, in our sole discretion, are being used in harmful or abusive ways.

Content and intellectual property

All editorial content published on TPV, including articles, analyses, and structural formats, is owned by TPV and protected by copyright. You may share links to TPV content and quote brief excerpts for commentary or educational purposes, provided you attribute TPV and link to the original. Reproduction of full articles or systematic copying of content without written permission is prohibited.

User-submitted content

When you submit content through TPV, including poll responses, contact form messages, or profile information, you grant TPV a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, store, and analyze that content for the purposes described in our Privacy Policy. You retain ownership of anything you submit. You represent that you have the right to submit it and that it does not violate any third-party rights.

Research and data use

By creating an account and providing demographic information, you acknowledge that TPV may use anonymized and aggregated data for research purposes, including sharing with academic institutions, think tanks, and other organizations.
